Sanctum Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Sanctum mobile application, website, and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the App

Sanctum is provided to help you cultivate focus, track productivity sessions, and manage your daily deep work habits. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Subscriptions & Purchases (Sanctum Pro)

• Billing: Sanctum Pro offers recurring auto-renewable subscription plans (Annual and Monthly). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly in your device's Account Settings.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, algorithms, procedural sound synthesis engines, graphics, branding, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Sanctum and its licensors.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sanctum if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app account deletion tool.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sanctum is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
